If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow. https://www.electroluxprofessionalgroup.com/en/join\-us/ **Sales Order Processor** WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Supervise the entry of orders by the team and from web platforms. * Streamline processes and suggest areas for improvement aimed at improving customer and employee satisfaction and reducing areas of non\-quality in processes * Respond to customer requests by email or phone * Guarantee compliance with the pricing policy and margins * Manage relationships with customers and suppliers * Inform customers about the availability of equipment and the conditions of sale. * Manage the monitoring and improvement of internal procedures * Manage the price and discount schedules * Manage outstanding authorized credits * Manage order books in coordination with our customers * Establish dashboards related to commercial activity * Ensure the transversal relationship with other internal departments, including customer credit and customer accounts WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE * University degree in Economic or related disciplines * 3 years in a similar role. * Experience of working for an international organization * Highly analytical and with a strong level of attention to detail * Strong team player with a commitment to delivering a high level of internal customer service and comfortable in interacting at all levels within the organization/functions Spanish and fluent English.
