We are seeking individuals available for immediate start and with flexible availability. Delivery areas: Simancas (Las Rosas, Canillejas, San Blas) and La Moraleja. WE OFFER: - 38-hour working week. - Salary of 1,443.27 euros gross/month. - Work 5 days and have 2 days off. - On the 5 working days, you will complete 8-hour delivery routes. - Additional pay for Sundays and public holidays + weekly incentive of 30 euros if internal performance metrics are met. - Working days are from Monday to Sunday (2 days off per shift schedule, which may be consecutive or alternating). - Schedule: Starting around 9:30 a.m. - Any hours exceeding 38 per week are compensated with rest time, not paid. - The company provides the van and mobile phone. - Amazon organizes the routes, saving time. - Training (1 theoretical day in Torrejón) is paid, as your employment contract starts from the first day of training. - The loading warehouse is located in Coslada, where you must go daily. - Initial 2-month contract, renewable, with potential for permanent placement.
