Our culture is built on continuous improvement, efficiency, innovation, and the well-being of the people who make up our group. **What Will You Do Daily?** ------------------------------- You will join our production team at our **Pinto (Madrid)** factories, participating in the electrical panel manufacturing process and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Some of your main responsibilities will include: * Machining of panels, busbars, and steel sheets. * Assembly of equipment and basic electrical wiring. * Workshop assembly of steel structures and kits. * Use of tools specific to the position. * Compliance with established quality and safety procedures. * Handling of manual and electric tools. * Organization and preparation of materials. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ We seek committed individuals with a proactive attitude and a quality-oriented mindset, possessing the following characteristics: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in any phase of electrical panel manufacturing. * Knowledge of machining, equipment assembly, and basic wiring. * Proficiency in using small hand tools. * Ability to work in a team, along with responsibility and commitment. * Positive attitude, commitment, and responsibility. * Manual dexterity.
