**SEROMAL**, a public service company belonging to the Alcobendas City Council, is seeking experienced Construction Assistants (3 years) for temporary contracts due to specific needs, with potential for medium- and long-term continuity. Your mission will be to assist the First-Class Foreman in preparing the daily Production Report; requesting necessary materials from the Supervisor and transporting them to the service location; and opening doors at centers requiring repairs. Your **SUPPORT FUNCTIONS** include: \- Building partitions using concrete blocks, bricks, or plasterboard. \- Chiseling and repairing walls/tiles. \- Plastering walls and patching spalls. \- Installing tiles. \- Repairing floor tiles. \- Installing, repairing, and securing inspection chambers. \- Repairing door frames and baseboards. \- Cleaning grilles and gutters. \- Covering exposed pipes. \- Performing any other specific masonry tasks and supporting other trades. \- Tiling and flooring. \- Various painting tasks. \- Sanding and varnishing wooden surfaces. \- Patching and repairing swimming pool basins. \- Collaborating with other trades. The **WORK SCHEDULE** is Monday to Friday, with working **HOURS** from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The **CONTRACT** is initially temporary, followed by inclusion in the internal database with opportunities for continuity. The **SALARY** is €29,368 gross per year, paid in 16 installments. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Class B driving license. \- 20-hour occupational health and safety training certificate for the construction sector, specifically for masonry. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Additional occupational health and safety training or any trade-related certification.
