Over our 15+ years of experience, we have completed over 1,000 national and international projects, requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various domains. We carry out project design and calculation, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our work includes proprietary projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at various stages. We are currently recruiting an **ARCHITECT** for luxury residential housing projects in **Madrid.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Modeling and updating drawings in Revit. * Reviewing and maintaining the project’s graphical documentation. * Adapting drawings and models according to modifications arising during construction. * Technical support from our Madrid technical office. * On-site supervision to verify correct execution of construction elements. * Identifying potential errors, inconsistencies, or issues between design and execution. * Reporting issues and supporting the definition of technical solutions. * Coordinating between drawings, technical documentation, and on-site conditions. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Opportunity to join a prestigious engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training program. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with an industry-leading engineering company, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture or equivalent. * Experience in modeling and updating drawings using Revit. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Knowledge of construction processes and execution of construction elements. * Experience or proficiency working between technical office and site. * Availability to attend our Madrid technical office and travel to sites located in Madrid and Segovia.
