Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial telemarketing operator for a security company, responsible for making and receiving calls, customer retention, contract enhancement, and administrative tasks. We are looking for personnel to perform commercial activities in the telemarketing sector, collaborating with a security and alarm company. Responsibilities include making and receiving calls, customer retention, contract enhancement, and related administrative tasks. The contract is part-time, with 35 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Friday during the afternoon shift (14:00–21:00), respecting legally mandated breaks. Prior experience in telephone customer service and commercial skills will be valued. The work environment is dynamic and results-oriented. * Minimum one year of experience as a sales telemarketing operator. * Strong communication skills. * We seek a proactive and organized individual. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. * Familiarity with computer systems and databases. * Spanish language proficiency. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
