We are currently recruiting a Cleaning and Exterior Maintenance Operative to join a company located in the Arturo Soria area (Madrid). Main responsibilities: \- Exterior cleaning and maintenance. \- Basic gardening tasks. \- Cardboard and waste removal. \- Support in auxiliary tasks and internal errands. \- General maintenance of common areas in a 4-story building. ### **Requirements** Active, responsible, and solution-oriented individual. Positive attitude and strong willingness to work. Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or gardening is valued. ### **Offered** Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00; Friday: until 15:00 Location: Arturo Soria (near Tráfico) – Madrid 1-month substitute contract
