




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced offset printing machine operator in the graphic arts sector for machine setup, adjustment, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and attention to detail We are looking for an offset printing machine operator with experience in the graphic arts industry and proficiency in operating printing machinery. The position is located in Humanes de Madrid. Main responsibilities include preparing the machine prior to production commencement—ensuring its cleanliness and verifying required materials such as paper, cardboard, inks, and varnishes—as well as loading these supplies. During production, the operator will assist in machine adjustments—including registration, pressure, and color—and perform basic quality checks on printed materials to detect and report any deviations. Finally, the operator will handle removal, stacking, and sorting of finished products. An indefinite-term contract is offered, with full-time work from Monday to Friday. Working hours follow a rotating shift pattern (morning, afternoon, and night shifts). The salary range is €24,000–€30,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and demonstrated autonomy in the role. * Knowledge of printing types (KBA, offset, digital, flexographic, etc.). * Handling of printing materials: paper, inks, varnishes, plates or clichés. * Basic knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * Ability to read and interpret production instructions and records. * Teamwork and effective communication with the machine operator and other operators. * Attention to detail, especially for identifying printing errors or material defects.
