This represents an excellent opportunity to join a **medium-to-high-end single-family housing project**, with an approximate budget of €1.5 million, within a technically refined environment featuring high construction quality standards. What will be your mission? Lead the comprehensive execution of the construction project, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating all stakeholders involved in the project. Main Responsibilities * Full technical and operational management of the construction project from inception through handover. * Technical and economic planning of the project. * Coordination of internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitoring of certifications, measurements, and costs. * Supervision of construction progress in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Liaison with the technical design team and the client. * Quality control, safety management, and regulatory compliance. * Resolution of technical issues and daily site organization. Requirements * Degree in **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in building construction**. * Experience in new residential construction (medium-to-high-end projects preferred). * Proficiency in construction management tools (Presto, AutoCAD, Excel). * Organized, solution-oriented profile with leadership capabilities. * Valid Class B driving license.
