You will work in a dynamic environment, with continuous training and a genuine career development plan within the company. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Management and follow-up of the **client portfolio**. * Conducting **customized mortgage studies**. * **Analysis** of each client’s financial situation. * Presenting applications to the most suitable **financial institutions**, based on the client’s profile. * Full management of **mortgage files until signing**. * **Accompanying** and **advising** clients throughout the entire process. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in the mortgage or financial sector (valuable) * A **commercial** profile with **goal-oriented** attitude. * Ability to **advise** and interact effectively with **clients**. * Motivation to grow professionally in the financial sector. * An organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual. **What do we offer?** **Indefinite full-time contract** **Fixed salary \+ monthly variable compensation** **A genuine career development plan**, with opportunities for professional growth. **Paid training from the first month**, plus ongoing company-funded training.
