Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager for residential housing projects, responsible for coordinating and executing projects, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and health control on site. Safety and health control on site **THE COMPANY** Our client is a family-owned construction company based in Madrid with over 100 years of history. It employs between 35–50 people. **DESCRIPTION** Our client seeks to hire a Site Manager for residential housing projects in the Community of Madrid. The candidate must manage a team of 11–50 people. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for the construction team, setting out, and proper execution of works. * Coordinate team and subcontractors. * Execute and plan works together with the Site Manager, monitoring deadlines. * Interpret drawings and carry out setting out of work units. * Propose execution procedures, materials, and techniques. * Manage receipt and organization of materials, storage areas, etc. * Perform material quantity calculations. * Monitor compliance with the safety and health plan and occupational risk prevention regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction or rehabilitation projects of residential buildings in Madrid. * Ability to manage a team of 11–50 people. * Experience in coordinating teams and subcontractors. * Skills in drawing interpretation, material quantity calculation, and compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.
