




DESCRIPTION **Grupo Ortiz** is seeking an experienced HR Technician to join our Corporate Headquarters team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources management, with a specific focus on payroll and affiliations for a workforce of over 2,000 employees and a wide variety of collective agreements. Other key responsibilities include: * Management of contractual documentation and archiving. * Monitoring and managing relationships with external agencies (Social Security, Tax Authority, etc.). * Collaboration in the implementation and improvement of HR processes. * Support in social benefits administration. * Maintaining up-to-date personnel databases. * Participation in internal and external HR audits. * Advising middle management on labor regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Labor Relations or Law. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, especially in payroll and affiliation. * In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and its application to different employee groups. * Advanced proficiency with payroll management software and ERPs (experience with Epsilon will be valued). * Strong command of office tools, particularly Excel. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. Valued: * Experience in companies with a large number of employees and diverse collective agreements. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Advanced level of English.
