Regarding the process published on 30/04/2026, the application submission deadline has been extended from 07/05/2026 to 11/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). **Workplace** -------------------- * Tragsatec Madrid Office With occasional travel throughout the national territory **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Participate in project design. * Participate in preparing project documentation for building projects (reports, regulatory justifications, drawings). * Participate in BIM modeling. * Collaborate in maintaining news and events related to the Urban Initiatives Network. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsatec Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requesting additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to validate the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3) or Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in BIM modeling ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Basic or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic or advanced proficiency in Excel (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic or advanced proficiency in Word (to be verified during technical assessment) * Eligibility to formalize a training/internship contract to obtain professional practice associated with the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a prior contract of this type associated with the same qualification have been executed for more than 6 months) **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in Revit ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Professional experience in building retrofitting or energy efficiency improvement projects (to be verified during technical assessment) * Professional experience in projects for Public Administration/Public Sector Entities * Professional experience in BIM-based building project drafting (to be verified during technical assessment) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable for another 6 months if applicable.
