REQUIREMENTS **Education** **Technical or Higher Technical Degree in Building Construction**, or university degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, **Building Engineering**, or **related fields**. **Technical Knowledge** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** **Technical Skills** Ability to **interpret and create blueprints**, building regulations, topography, measurements, and budgets. ‍ **Experience** **5 years of experience in the construction sector** preferred, especially in **construction planning and execution** or **tendering**. Experience in **coordinating multidisciplinary teams** as well as interaction with **suppliers, clients, and internal departments** will be valued.
