Job Summary: NS Group is seeking a Senior Data Architect with experience in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms on AWS to lead scalable and robust architectures. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and business teams. **Description:** ---------------- NS Group is recruiting a Senior Data Architect with experience in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms on AWS. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the conceptualization, design, and evolution of scalable and robust data architectures. * Design solutions on cloud platforms (primarily AWS), agnostic or hybrid (HPE DataFabric, Stratio, etc.), ensuring quality, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in proposed solutions, as well as applying modern development practices for data- and/or AI-oriented solutions (DataOps, MLOps). * Lead the design of technical proposals and participate in strategy definition, incorporating modern data management solutions such as DataFabric, DataMesh, MLOps, etc. * Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, business, and Cloud/on-premise infrastructure teams to ensure strategic alignment. * Co-design an effective migration process from on-premise hosted technologies to the cloud. Therefore, we seek consistent individuals eager to evolve and learn. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Data Architect in large-scale projects, with hands-on knowledge of cloud providers, primarily AWS. * Experience with data ecosystem technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Airflow, etc. * Solid understanding of conceptual data architectures such as Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, etc. * Experience with CI/CD methodologies applied to data and AI pipelines. * Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to lead technical and strategic discussions. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC. * Knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies
