This position is key to leading and supervising building construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and safety requirements. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines and required quality standards. * Manage work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Monitor project progress and report to management. * Resolve technical and organizational issues arising during execution. * Guarantee smooth communication among all parties involved in the project. Requirements * Proven experience as a Building Construction Site Manager on building projects. * 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training. * Valid crane operator license (valuable). * Knowledge of construction site management and safety regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities. * Strong communication skills and ability to resolve incidents.
