In our Strategy and Planning Management, located at our headquarters in Madrid. What for? To support the process of defining and monitoring the Company’s strategic objectives under the guidelines established by the General Management of Energy Transition, as well as to design, define, implement, and monitor the Company’s Strategic Plan. All of this shall be carried out in accordance with the Company’s policy and strategy, the guidelines set forth by the Chief Executive Officer, applicable legal regulations, and the relevant market context, aiming to safeguard Enagás’ interests within the defined medium- and long-term operational framework. * Collaborate in drafting Enagás’ proposal of strategic guidelines for analysis/review with the Strategy and Planning Directorate, followed by validation with the General Management/Executive Committee, and final approval by the Board of Directors. * Develop and elaborate the Company’s Strategic Plan based on the defined strategic guidelines, thereby establishing a medium- and long-term reference framework encompassing the Company’s future development and facilitating decision-making. * Collaborate with other involved Directorates in developing the Strategic Plan, as well as providing necessary information to define its content. * Support the deployment of the Strategic Plan across the various involved Directorates, ensuring alignment with respective business unit plans. * Continuously monitor the Strategic Plan based on periodic developments in key information (e.g., revenues, infrastructure permitting status, profitability ranges, etc.) and any non-recurring events potentially affecting its content (e.g., investment plans, regulatory changes, new business lines, etc.). * Assess and develop the need for strategic reflection processes, as well as possible updates to the Strategic Plan in response to significant changes impacting the Company’s results, coordinated with the Strategic Planning area. * Review and assess feasibility–profitability studies for business opportunities, identified infrastructure developments, and support for subsidiaries, to verify their consistency with the Strategic Plan and the Company’s established guidelines. * Monitor macro/microeconomic and market-related information affecting Enagás’ business, for consideration in developing various strategic plans. * Ensure strategic market monitoring to assess the Company’s positioning relative to other sector players, coordinated with the Market Analysis area. * Conduct and prepare strategic studies, presentations, documentation, and analyses required by the Chief Executive Officer and other stakeholders for decision-making (aimed at providing reliable and consistent information on the Company’s strategy). What are we looking for? * University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration. * Over three years’ experience performing similar or directly related functions as described above. * English – proficiency level (TOEIC score of 850). Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, German, etc.) is desirable. * Knowledge of national/international energy markets (preferably European). * Familiarity with competitive markets/environments. * Knowledge of strategy and planning. * Understanding of the gas business and its regulatory framework.
