You will join the People Department and will be responsible for talent attraction and retention, as well as administrative tasks associated with the department. Main responsibilities include: · Managing and coordinating recruitment processes from start to finish. · Writing and publishing job offers on various employment portals. · Resume screening. · Conducting competency-based interviews. · Maintaining an updated database. · Searching for new recruitment sources and contacting training centers and universities for potential collaborations. · Conducting onboarding sessions and monitoring new hires. · Performing exit interviews and reporting their outcomes. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting construction profiles and administrative tasks related to HR. - Knowledge of various recruitment sources.
