The values guiding our path toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) roles, especially in manual and automated testing environments. * Essential experience with **Cucumber and Gherkin**, including defining BDD scenarios and collaborating with developers to automate tests. * Proven experience developing automated tests using **Selenium and JUnit**. * Solid **Java programming** knowledge. * Experience working with test automation frameworks. * Experience with version control using **GIT**. * Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as **Jira Xray, TestLink**, or similar. * Experience in both **manual and automated testing** environments. * Experience testing systems/equipment will be especially valued. * Experience with quality methodologies such as **Six Sigma and FMEA** is a plus. * **ISTQB** certification. * University degree in engineering, sciences, technology, or equivalent qualification. * High level of English (minimum C1\). We seek a candidate who is: * Analytical, logical, and problem-solving oriented. * Capable of prioritizing tasks and working autonomously. * Results- and goal-oriented. * Excellent communicator, coordinator, and reporter. * Proactive, organized, and able to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Test strategy definition and planning:** Design and maintain the overall test strategy, ensuring adequate coverage aligned with project requirements.* **Test design and execution:** Define test plans, design test cases, execute manual and functional tests, and clearly and systematically document results.* **Test automation:** Develop and maintain automated tests using **Java and Selenium**, integrating them into Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Monitor automation results and diagnose failures.* **BDD with Cucumber and Gherkin:** Define clear, collaborative test scenarios to facilitate communication among business, QA, and development teams, and guide their execution by the team.* **Quality and defect management:** Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring defect-tracking tools remain up to date.* **Requirement validation:** Review functional documentation to ensure requirements are clear, correct, and verifiable.* **Collaboration with development teams:** Work closely with development teams to ensure product quality across all stages of the development lifecycle. Ensure adherence to the defined testing methodology (SOP).* **Continuous testing:** Conduct iterative testing to detect defects early and reduce production risks.* **Use of management tools:** Leverage tracking and reporting tools to monitor project progress and quality. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Designing tests for key functionalities such as **login and registration pages** (validations, security, usability, error flows, etc.). * Working in agile environments. * Continuously improving QA processes. * Participating in designing automation frameworks from scratch.
