Job Summary: We are seeking a Platform Engineer with experience in backend development (Java/Golang) and systems to design, develop, and operate scalable technology platforms in a fully remote environment. Our core values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience in development and systems environments, ideally progressing from backend to platform roles: * Solid backend development experience with **Java or Golang** in production environments. * Mastery of **software design and architecture patterns** (SOLID, DDD, microservices) applied in real-world projects. * Experience working in **platform environments (PaaS)**, participating in the design, development, and operation of scalable technology solutions. * Advanced knowledge of **Kubernetes**: cluster management, operators, CRDs, and Helm. * Experience in **deployment automation** in production environments and management of cloud\-native infrastructure. * Experience participating in **technical architecture and solution design decisions**. * Knowledge of **cloud platforms** and a focus on **cloud\-native infrastructure**. * A profile rooted in development that has evolved toward systems (Platform / Systems Engineer). * Knowledge of **Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs)** will be valued. * Prior experience in complex or distributed environments (ideally at global scale). * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * PaaS platform development and evolution: Design, develop, and operate the technology platform enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale digital services globally. * Platform-oriented backend development: Build backend services and components focused on scalability, resilience, and efficiency. * Kubernetes-based infrastructure management: Administer and automate production environments, including deployments, configuration, and cluster operations. * Technical architecture and design: Participate in defining technical solutions, applying sound design practices and architectural standards. * Automation and operational efficiency: Implement automated processes that reduce infrastructure complexity and improve team productivity. * Advanced troubleshooting: Resolve complex incidents in distributed and real production environments. * Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work alongside product and engineering teams to deliver a common, secure, and automated platform. * Progression toward platform engineering: Contribute to standardizing technical capabilities and continuously improving the technology ecosystem. **Additionally, experience and/or knowledge in the following areas will be highly valued:** * Cloud platforms (especially in PaaS environments). * Observability, monitoring, and logging tools. * Security in cloud\-native environments. * CI/CD and pipeline automation. * Emerging technologies in infrastructure and platforms. * Experience with agile development methodologies.
