We are seeking a Defense Systems Integration Engineer to participate in the design, integration, and deployment of highly complex technological solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting projects from technical definition through installation and commissioning.
What will you do?
Participate in the design and integration of systems for Defense programs.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into viable solutions.
Collaborate in preparing technical proposals and associated documentation.
Draft technical specifications, reports, and engineering documentation.
Coordinate activities across different engineering disciplines.
Perform technical follow-up of suppliers and subcontractors.
Supervise equipment manufacturing and integration activities.
Coordinate installation and commissioning work.
Participate in system testing, validation, and verification campaigns.
Ensure proper integration of equipment, subsystems, and platforms.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of technical requirements analysis.
**Experience or knowledge in:**
Electrical engineering.
Cabling engineering.
Equipment integration in shelters and racks.
Mechanical design.
System installation and integration.
Coordination of technical activities and suppliers.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
**Nice-to-have qualifications:**
Prior experience in Defense and Security programs.
Knowledge of mechanical design.
Experience in installation and integration of electronic or communication systems.
Experience in construction management or installation supervision.
Knowledge of system verification, validation, and acceptance processes.
High level of technical English.
Experience in technical management of suppliers and subcontracting.

**Profile Review:** We assess your experience and skills to determine alignment with our requirements.
**Initial Contact (5–10 min):** If you receive a call from an unknown number, it’s our team! A brief conversation to get to know you and address any questions.
**Technical Interview:** You’ll meet the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We’ll also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, short psychological and English competency assessments may be conducted (if applicable).
