We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to participate in defense and aerospace sector projects, carrying out requirements management, analysis of complex systems, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). **Responsibilities** * Requirements management, analysis, and traceability using IBM DOORS. * Definition and maintenance of system specifications. * Functional analysis of complex systems. * Definition of functional and logical architectures using modeling tools. * Participation in integration, validation, and verification (V\&V) activities. * Preparation of technical documentation and support for design reviews. **What we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work model. * Flexible working hours. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training. * **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Experience in Systems Engineering. * Experience in writing, managing, and tracing requirements in DOORS. * Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using modeling tools such as CAMEO, Capella, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, or equivalents. * Knowledge of SysML language. * Advanced level of English. \#LI\-LF1
