We’re looking for a client\-facing **Solution Expert** to support implementation, migration, configuration, and adoption of Forwood solutions across Europe. This is a hands\-on solution delivery role for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, facilitating workshops, and helping customers realise measurable safety and operational outcomes. **What You’ll Be Responsible For:** You will support client onboarding, implementation, configuration, training, and adoption across our solutions (CRM\+, Risk\+, Compliance\+, Safety\+, and Forwood One) and help existing customers transition or upgrade. You will: * Lead discovery workshops to understand client requirements, workflows, critical risks, and success criteria * Configure and validate solutions aligned to client needs and best practice * Support testing, go\-live, training, hyper\-care, and post\-go\-live stabilisation * Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and solution reviews * Manage client expectations and represent Forwood professionally * Supporting upgrade readiness, planning, configuration, testing, and validation * Assisting with cutover, go\-live, and hypercare phase * Helping clients understand new workflows, configuration, and adoption requirements * Identifying risks early and working cross\-functionally to resolve them * Translate client needs into scalable solution approaches * Capture feedback, usability issues, and product gaps * Contribute to playbooks, enablement content, and implementation frameworks * Improve onboarding, migration, and adoption processes **What We’re Looking For:** * Experience in SaaS, consulting, onboarding, Customer Success, or technical client delivery * Strong client\-facing communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to translate business requirements into practical configuration and solution design * Experience in implementations, upgrades, testing, training, go\-live, or adoption activities * Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills * Confidence working with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders * Understanding of SaaS platforms, change management, and client enablement **Bonus If You Have** * Experience in safety, risk, compliance, mining, energy, construction, or heavy industry * Knowledge of Critical Risk Management, critical risks, and critical controls * Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs * Familiarity with Customer Relationship Systems or Client Success platforms * Experience supporting enterprise SaaS migrations or transformation programs * Multi\-lingual Skills\- specifically additional European language skills such as Spanish, German, or Italian. **Who Will Thrive In This Role** * You are proactive, solutions\-oriented, organised, accountable, and comfortable working directly with enterprise clients. * You can balance technical detail with business outcomes, facilitate confident conversations, and work collaboratively across teams. * You care deeply about helping clients succeed \- and you’re willing to roll up your sleeves to achieve it. **Why Join Forwood?** * Help deliver technology that improves safety outcomes globally * Work with leading organisations in high\-risk industries * Join a purpose\-driven SaaS company with strong growth momentum * Work at the intersection of technology, safety, and operational excellence * Contribute directly to product evolution and client success outcomes
