We are seeking an **IT & Digital Intern** in **Madrid** to support technical assistance activities across various corporate departments and optimize internal processes. You will work closely with business and IT teams, providing support for critical corporate applications and contributing to projects that enhance operational efficiency and user experience across the organization. #### **Responsibilities:** * Provide functional and operational support for applications used by corporate departments such as Human Resources, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Communications, and ESG. * Manage and track incidents and requests received via My Portal/ServiceNow, ensuring their proper resolution. * Act as a coordination point between end users, internal teams, and external vendors for incident resolution and implementation of improvements. * Participate in the maintenance, evolution, and continuous improvement of corporate tools such as SAP, SuccessFactors, NetTime, and other business applications. * Analyze user needs and communicate them to relevant vendors or technical teams. * Monitor technological and evolutionary projects, collaborating on planning, coordination, and timeline control. * Support meetings with business areas and vendors, documenting action items and ensuring commitment fulfillment. * Monitor and manage changes, updates, and new functionalities across various corporate tools. * Collaborate in evaluating and selecting technological solutions, engaging with vendors when necessary. * Contribute to cross-functional digital transformation initiatives and internal process improvements. #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced level of English (B2-C1). * Curiosity and interest in technology and digital solutions. * Excellent communication skills. **What we offer:** * Paid internships lasting from 6 months to 1 year * Working hours: Full-time (Monday–Thursday: full day; Friday: reduced schedule) // Summer reduced schedule Monday–Friday during July and August. * Hybrid work model at 50% after the first three months. * Professional growth and future opportunities. * Opportunity to intern within an expanding and continuously developing organization. * Dynamic, professional, and positive working environment. * Integration into a highly qualified team. * State-of-the-art offices focused on technology. * Gym discount integrated into the office. * “Chill Out” zones. **Committed to inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
