Reporting directly to the Executive Directorate and working in coordination with regional offices, departments, and labor advisory services, the role is responsible for managing and leading the organization’s HR policy with a care-oriented approach. **JOB OBJECTIVES:** Promote the development and evolution of the people management and development area by directing, supervising, and defining policies, improvement proposals, and internal procedures across the Organization (head office and national and international offices). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate and supervise staff recruitment and hiring processes at InteRed nationally and internationally. Coordinate payroll management with the labor consultancy firm, ensuring proper implementation and application of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement and internal remuneration policies. Coordinate and manage the annual training plan and supervise, together with the collaborating entity, FUNDAE subsidies. Coordinate and manage internship agreements with universities, professional associations, and training institutions. Coordinate, manage, and implement the occupational health prevention plan and related occupational health processes for staff members. Design and coordinate the implementation of people management policies (protocols, processes, and internal HR department procedures), adapting them to current legislation and aligning them with InteRed’s needs. Coordinate and manage the performance management model, succession planning, and talent retention within the organization, as well as propose transformations to ensure optimal working conditions and staff commitment to achieving their objectives. Participate as a member of the Equality Commission in implementing and developing the Second Equality Plan and monitoring the LGTBIAQ\+ Plan. Conduct personnel cost analyses, cost projections, and monitor personnel expense budgets, preparing follow-up reports for relevant stakeholders. Lead negotiations with trade union representatives, including representing the organization before labor inspections, dismissals, collective bargaining, and handling procedures before public administrations and official bodies.
