Identify and stimulate customer needs. Propose technical solutions to customers to facilitate subsequent sales. Negotiate sales terms with customers within established guidelines. Coordinate fulfillment of commitments. Report on competitors’ product and pricing policies. Participate in the promotion of strategic products. Participate in presentations, demonstrations, and seminars targeted at customers in your market. Meet the assigned annual sales budget. Act as mediator for after-sales issues and coordinate resolution of potential complaints. Register orders and organize customer follow-up to ensure optimal supply.
