At **Yopo Chicken Tender**, we are looking for an Area Manager to lead several restaurants and help build the brand’s future in Madrid. **About Yopo** We are a quick-service brand distinguished by using **high-quality fresh chicken and natural ingredients**, with no shortcuts or frozen products. Our chicken tenders and wraps are designed for those seeking fast food that is also well-prepared. We are currently expanding (new openings scheduled for September 2026!) and seeking energetic, operationally minded individuals eager to grow with us. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the smooth operation of several restaurants in your area, guaranteeing that our standards of quality, freshness, and naturalness are upheld across every product — as well as profitability and team development. **Your Responsibilities** ✔ Management of restaurant P&L accounts: cost control, KPI analysis, recipes, orders, delivery notes, and invoicing ✔ Preparation and negotiation of each restaurant’s budget, monitoring costs and revenues ✔ People management: staff recruitment, team leadership, identification of training needs, conflict resolution, and incident management ✔ Supervision of product assembly, quality, and presentation, ensuring proper use of fresh chicken and natural ingredients, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP) ✔ Coordination of procurement, inventory, and supplier processes with the operations team, ensuring raw material freshness and traceability ✔ Support in opening new restaurants and implementing procedures ✔ Serve as the liaison between headquarters and restaurants, conveying goals and brand culture ✔ Analyze weekly/monthly sales reports and KPIs per restaurant and propose improvement plans ✔ Conduct periodic visits to restaurants to audit brand standards, quality, and service ✔ Maintain close contact with customers and teams, anticipating needs and ensuring a positive experience ✔ Drive customer satisfaction and online reputation of restaurants (reviews, delivery apps) ✔ Coordinate staff shifts and scheduling. **Requirements** ✔ Experience supervising all restaurant or café services, preferably in organized foodservice / QSR; experience managing multiple locations simultaneously is highly valued ✔ Team leadership and multi-unit management capability ✔ Results orientation: cost control, KPIs, and profitability ✔ Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and basic labor law ✔ Mobility to travel between restaurants in Madrid ✔ Proficiency with management tools (Excel, POS systems, delivery platforms) ✔ Flexible working hours, including weekends ✔ Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred, depending on assigned zone) **What We Offer** ✔ Join a rapidly growing brand with new openings underway ✔ Work with a product you can be proud of: high-quality fresh chicken and natural ingredients ✔ Competitive salary commensurate with experience + performance-based variable component ✔ Genuine professional development: grow with the brand from its early stages ✔ Dynamic, collaborative, and energetic team environment ✔ Real autonomy to make decisions and leave your mark on operations ✔ Ongoing training and support from headquarters ✔ Employee meal benefits ✔ Job stability within a solid and expanding project Work Location: On-site employment
