We are currently in a phase of **international expansion** and are seeking a candidate with a global vision to help us open new markets and B2B channels. **Your mission** You will be responsible for driving the company's international presence by developing relationships with major accounts, distributors, and marketplaces across Europe and other strategic markets. **Your responsibilities** \- Identify and develop business opportunities in international markets. \- Negotiate agreements with B2B clients: retail chains, distributors, and digital platforms. \- Define market entry strategies for new countries. \- Represent the brand at international trade shows. \- Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to adapt offerings to each market. **What we're looking for** **3\-5 years of experience in international B2B business development** (preferably in consumer goods, retail, fashion, toys, or party supplies). Advanced English (essential). Knowledge of French, Italian, or German is a plus. Commercial, problem-solving, and results-oriented profile.
