For our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for a Credit Risk and Collections Analyst.
**Mission**
You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing credit risk, debt, and collections performance to support informed decision\-making, improve cash collection, and mitigate financial risk. The role provides analytical insights, develops reporting and dashboards, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports process optimization across the order\-to\-cash cycle.
**Functions**
* Analyze credit risk, overdue debt, and customer payment behavior.
* Produce regular reports on debt, aging, DSO, and cash collection performance.
* Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in collections processes.
* Develop predictive analyses, risk indicators, and early\-warning alerts.
* Build and maintain dashboards and performance reporting tools.
* Support process automation and data quality improvement initiatives.
* Assess the impact of billing, disputes, and operational issues on outstanding debt.
* Coordinate activities with Collections, Billing, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
* Provide analytical support to management and contribute to continuous process improvement.
**Minimum requirements**
* Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
* 2\-4 years of experience in credit risk, collections, business analytics, or financial reporting.
* Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
* Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Energy or utilities sector experience is a plus.
