




Position Summary: We are seeking a front desk professional to ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, check-ins, and guest requests with personalized attention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Offer memorable and personalized experiences to guests. 2. Serve as a trusted contact and brand ambassador. 3. Promote inclusion and equal opportunities. At InterContinental Hotels \& Resorts® we want our guests to feel special and cosmopolitan, and well-informed (In the Know), which means you must: • Welcome IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or by phone • Take and manage guest reservations, offering upsell opportunities and explaining ways to enhance their stay • Handle cash and credit transactions • Start each stay correctly by checking guests in and out: collecting identification, issuing room keys, and managing and releasing safe deposit boxes • Anticipate guest needs: record preferences and act accordingly; respond promptly to messages, requests, questions, and concerns • Be a trusted contact for all guests. Assist with anything from billing inquiries to local knowledge, and escalate to management when necessary • Stay safe at all times. Follow our security procedures, report all incidents, and wear required protective equipment • Take pride in your appearance and your role as a brand ambassador • Always be aware of daily events and activities • Perform other ad hoc tasks when colleagues need your support **Requirements** • Degree in Tourism or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level) both written and spoken.
