STEF, a specialist in transport and logistics activities, is seeking, for its Finance Department team in STEF Spain, **a Collections Manager (m/f)** on a permanent contract. This is a technical position within the Customer Management area, where you will handle customer requests and incidents to deliver the best possible service. **Your mission:** Manage your customer portfolio in collections: * Track unpaid invoices. * Handle billing incidents. * Maintain timely and direct communication with customers to agree on payment terms and resolve any questions or issues they may have. * Continuously follow up with customers to support them throughout the payment process and ensure adherence to agreed terms. * Guide customers on debt-related matters, providing clear and accurate information regarding amounts due, deadlines, and available payment methods. * Meet average collection periods. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Freight Transport/Logistics sector and/or related fields. * Higher Vocational Training qualification and/or university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related fields in accounting/administration. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas). * Advanced SAP proficiency is valued. * High level of French is valued. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, integrating with the technical team responsible for customer management. * Development of your communication and planning skills through teamwork. **What sets us apart?** Being a **Collections Manager** at STEF means being at the heart of the action.
