Accountability for the continued success of Amazon's operational processes. 2. Direct contact with Vendors, 3PLs, and Amazon support teams. 3. Acting as Amazon's local representative, identifying and implementing improvements. **DESCRIPTION** --------------- At Amazon, we are constantly seeking opportunities to empower our partners with the latest technology to enhance our offerings and reduce costs for our customers. One way we do this is through our network of Distribution Centers / CF Flex, which implements Amazon’s distribution processes within Vendor and 3PL warehouses—enabling greater storage capacity and faster shipment of items to customers. You will be responsible for one or more strategic Vendors and/or 3PLs. You will coordinate Amazon’s customer order operational processes and workflow, monitor multiple key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain consistent communication with business partners. As this role may involve on-site visits to Vendor Flex facilities to provide in-person support, a valid driver’s license may be required. Key job responsibilities * Accountability for the successful and continuous operation of Amazon’s operational processes, as well as participation in coordinating and continuously developing all processes within the CF Flex area, under the Amazon\-Vendor/3PL partnership framework. \- Monitoring of key operational processes within the warehouse, ensuring defect-free execution. These processes include, but are not limited to, Receiving, Stowing, Picking, Packing, \- Shipping and Transportation, Quality, Stock Integrity, and Transfers. * Direct contact with representatives of our Vendors and 3PLs, as well as with Amazon support functions across various teams—including, but not limited to, SST, Sales, Transportation, IT, and Business Development. * Monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators aligned with overall CF Flex objectives. Supporting the CF Flex network in areas including, but not limited to, warehouse coverage, launches, closures, relocations, conversions, as well as executing continuous improvement initiatives and new projects. A day in the life As a logistics assistant, you will act as Amazon’s local representative, communicating daily with external business partners (Vendors and 3PLs) and internal stakeholders (leadership team and other departments—including, but not limited to, SST, Sales, Transportation, IT, and Business Development). We are always looking for ways to improve our processes, and you will play a key role in identifying and implementing those improvements. You will possess strong knowledge of the day-to-day responsibilities of a logistics assistant and serve as Amazon’s point of reference—demonstrating commitment, reliability, best practices in health and safety, and delivery of high-quality results. The CF Flex organization primarily involves individual presence of the logistics assistant at the site, supported by teamwork and remote management; therefore, strong communication skills are essential. Willingness to travel is mandatory, as you may occasionally be deployed to other CF Flex locations to provide support.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Relevant experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment. * Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal (Common European Framework of Reference C1, CEFR). * Relevant experience working with data analysis and using such metrics to identify issues. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience managing business partners, including establishing and maintaining professional and communicative relationships. * Experience in an operational environment, such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Intermediate level of English (Common European Framework of Reference B1, CEFR).
