You will be the key driver in developing energy solutions that transform industries — leading projects from opportunity identification through to final delivery. You will collaborate with suppliers, EPC contractors, and internal teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, budget, and schedule. Additionally, you will contribute to developing new energy solutions and support our Key Account Managers (KAMs) in creating compelling commercial proposals to win over our clients. If you possess strong technical vision, management skills, and a solid commercial mindset, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** * **Lead energy projects** that impact the market — from initial planning through commissioning and final delivery. * **Build strategic relationships** with suppliers, EPC contractors, and key partners to ensure each project’s success. * **Oversee project execution**, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * **Design innovative solutions**, including photovoltaic systems, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and energy efficiency solutions. * **Support commercial teams**, developing technical and economic proposals that stand out in the market. * **Explore new opportunities**, analyzing market trends and emerging technologies to keep us at the forefront. **What you bring and who you are:** * **Solid experience**: Minimum 3 years in energy projects, electrical or industrial installations. * **Key technical knowledge**: Construction supervision, supplier management, and health & safety regulations. * **Commercial orientation**: Experience preparing technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs. * **Innovation and strategic vision**: Knowledge of BESS systems, photovoltaics, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. * **Analytical skills**: Ability to assess project economic viability and develop business cases. * **Languages**: Spanish and English are mandatory; Portuguese is a plus. **About the team:** At Axpo Iberia, you’ll join a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative team united by a shared passion for energy and innovation.
