Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future. Acciona’s Water business requires a new Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join its Engineering Department. Job Description The responsibilities associated with this position include: * Analysis of Tender Document requirements. * Development of detailed I\&C engineering—from control architecture to installation drawings (e.g., instrumentation loops, routing, etc.). * Preparation of deliverables for client approval and advocacy of the proposed solution. * Development and completion of technical calculations, technical documentation, and schedules. * Procurement package management (DCS, instrumentation, control cabinets, etc.) with intensive client interaction. * Management of critical project issue resolution through collection and analysis of relevant information, and provision of recommendations to the Engineering Manager \- I\&C and other internal stakeholders. Candidate Requirements Requirements: * Industrial Engineer specializing in Instrumentation, Control and/or Automation * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role * Ability to interpret P\&IDs * Technical Specification writing * Preparation of signal lists, instrument lists, control loops, typical installation details, etc. * English level C1 * Willingness to travel internationally Personal Attributes: * Team-oriented individual committed to high-quality documentation output. * Organized with strong planning skills. * Capable of engaging with clients and consultants, presenting technical solutions, and advocating for them. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring equal opportunity for all.
