Responsibilities
\- Providing project and service support to internal clients through managing requests, changes, and incidents, as well as service monitoring.
* Planning physical and logical resources on the Backbone Network, and developing implementation projects.
* Updating high-level network topology to maximize security and optimize network cost. Traffic engineering on the backbone network and development of improvement plans.
* Defining and supervising service quality and resource availability objectives by monitoring various network quality parameters for different services—availability, capacity planning, topology, etc.
* Responsibility for network documentation concerning the backbone and its relationship with the access-level network.
* Preparing reports and statistics on network parameters affecting this level.
* Managing logistics for equipment.
* Responsible for implementing cybersecurity policies and plans within CPD and the network.
* Responsible for maintaining proprietary network and CPD services: DNS, AAA (Radius), NTP, SASE, Load Balancing, Layer 3 firewalls, etc.
* Responsible for the communications component in new services and cloud environments.
* Managing internet presence (RIPE).
Requirements
\- Qualifications: Computer Engineering; Master’s in Data Science; Master’s in Cybersecurity; Computer Science; Master’s in Development; Master’s in Networks; Master’s in Software Engineering; Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering; Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering; Bachelor’s in Engineering and Data Systems; Bachelor’s in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence; Computer Science; Telecommunications Engineering; Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering; Bachelor’s in Telecommunications Engineering; Bachelor’s in Telematics Engineering; Technical Computer Engineering; Technical Telecommunications Engineering; Bachelor’s in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. Desirable: Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL\-Service Manager certification.
* Years of experience in the role: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position involving ICT project and service management.
* Valuable knowledge: Familiarity with the ICT sector and with the technologies and companies operating therein; knowledge of program/project/service management; strong team management skills; strong economic\-financial management skills; knowledge and experience in routing and switching networks—CCNA level or equivalent.
* Languages: English at B2 level.
