Responsibilities \- Providing project and service support to internal clients through managing requests, changes, and incidents, as well as service monitoring. * Planning physical and logical resources on the Backbone Network, and developing implementation projects. * Updating high-level network topology to maximize security and optimize network cost. Traffic engineering on the backbone network and development of improvement plans. * Defining and supervising service quality and resource availability objectives by monitoring various network quality parameters for different services—availability, capacity planning, topology, etc. * Responsibility for network documentation concerning the backbone and its relationship with the access-level network. * Preparing reports and statistics on network parameters affecting this level. * Managing logistics for equipment. * Responsible for implementing cybersecurity policies and plans within CPD and the network. * Responsible for maintaining proprietary network and CPD services: DNS, AAA (Radius), NTP, SASE, Load Balancing, Layer 3 firewalls, etc. * Responsible for the communications component in new services and cloud environments. * Managing internet presence (RIPE).
