




Job Summary: We are seeking an independent and rigorous Payroll and Social Security Technician to manage the entire labor area within an established company. Key Highlights: 1. Stable contract in an established company Payroll and Social Security Technician An established company requires a **Payroll and Social Security Technician** to assume full responsibility for managing the labor area. We seek an independent, meticulous candidate with proven experience in end-to-end payroll and social security management, capable of taking full ownership of the process from start to finish. Responsibilities * Management of the **full payroll cycle** (approximately 500–600 employees). * Full management of **social security**. * Registration, termination, and modifications in the Social Security system. * Contract notifications. * Calculation of temporary disability (IT), maternity/paternity leave, wage garnishments, arrears, severance payments, and settlements. * IRPF adjustments and management of forms 111 and 190\. * Interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements. * Resolution of labor incidents and handling internal inquiries. * Preparation of documentation for labor inspections or official requests. Essential Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience managing the **full payroll cycle (high volume)** and the **full social security cycle**. * Demonstrable experience with **A3NOM** (mandatory). * Experience managing approximately 500–600 monthly payrolls. * Practical knowledge of managing processes via **SILTRA** and communicating with **SEPE**. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations. * Ability to work independently and with strict confidentiality. Highly Desirable * Proficiency in **Sage**. * Experience handling procedures in **CASIA**. * Academic background in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
