We are looking for a **Pentester** with over **4 years of demonstrable experience** in **external audits**, **internal audits**, and **Active Directory audits**, to join our Offensive Cybersecurity team. The selected candidate will participate in ethical hacking projects, penetration testing, corporate environment security assessments, and provide technical support for advanced consulting tasks. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to **lead small teams (1–4 people)** and work autonomously on high-impact projects. **Responsibilities** * Conduct **external, internal, and Active Directory audits** for clients across various sectors. * Perform penetration tests on systems, networks, web applications, and cloud environments. * Prepare technical and executive reports with recommendations based on findings. * Coordinate and lead small working groups on specific projects. * Manage projects autonomously, including task planning and progress communication. * Travel occasionally to conduct on-site audits when required. **Requirements** * **4+ years of demonstrable experience** in pentesting. * Proven experience in audits: + External + Internal + Active Directory (AD) * Certification such as **OSCP**, or equivalent (**OSEP, CRTP, eJPT v2**, etc.). * **English B2 or higher**. * Ability to work **autonomously** and **in teams**. * Ability to **lead small teams** (1–4 people). * Residence in **Madrid** (preferred) or other assessable locations. * Availability for **occasional travel within Spain** (mandatory). * Availability for international travel (positively valued). **Additional Information** *Join a team that drives innovation and works on high-impact projects.
