Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development **Description:** ---------------- We are looking to hire a **BIM Modeler** with experience in **MEP systems** for **unique or industrial building projects**, to join our offices in Boadilla del Monte. By joining the **Engineering Division**, specifically the **BIM Unit composed of over 40 professionals**, the primary responsibility of this position will be to produce project drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software tools, in accordance with technical specifications and established quality criteria. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Producing engineering project drawings, plans, and 3D models for both civil works and installations, using CAD and BIM software tools. * Preparing engineering documentation (cost estimates and quantity take-offs, technical reports, ESS, EGR, etc.) * Drafting reports, meeting minutes, and progress tracking sheets. * Collaborating across various departmental activities. * Reviewing and updating drawings, plans, and 3D models according to modifications or corrections arising during project execution. * Collaborating with engineering and architectural teams to define and resolve technical aspects of projects. * Archiving and managing project graphical documentation in both digital and paper formats. **By joining our team, you will enjoy:** * Flexible working hours enabling you to balance your personal and professional life. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic environment. * Continuous training to support your ongoing learning and career progression. * Additional financial benefits. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher vocational education qualification in Drafting or equivalent. A degree in Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent is desirable. * Minimum 2 years' experience as a drafter or modeler performing the tasks described above. * Advanced proficiency in CAD and BIM software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc. * Ability to work effectively in a team, attention to detail, client orientation, and results-driven mindset.
