With 30 years of experience and partners in more than 50 countries, we’re known for our innovation, durability, and commitment to sustainability. As our **Specification \& Project Manager** in Spain, you will drive growth by promoting MOSO® products and strengthening our market position. You’ll identify new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors, and collaborate closely with our international team to deliver successful projects. This position offers clear potential to grow into a leadership role. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans based on market and competitor analysis. * Identify new projects and maintain regular contact with architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors. * Build and maintain a strong network within the construction and design sector. * Present and promote MOSO® products during training sessions and support the Install Care network. * Manage customer relationships, provide technical and commercial advice, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project. * Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, Finance) to leverage opportunities. * Follow up on leads, visit clients, prepare offers and proposals, and negotiate contracts. * Monitor market developments and translate trends into commercial actions. * Demonstrate leadership potential and ambition to grow into a management role. *Qualifications* * Experience in project management, from initiation to completion. * Strong commercial and negotiation skills. * Excellent relationship management and networking abilities. * Experience within the construction or building materials market. * Analytical, results\-oriented, and entrepreneurial. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Demonstrated leadership potential. *What We Offer* * Permanent contract (6\-month probation period). * Gross annual salary: €50,000 – €75,000 depending on experience. * Company car (depending on availability). * Flexible working model: combination of home office, travel, and office work. * Location: Madrid.
