




Summary: This position collaborates with Project Managers to develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules, identifying milestones and ensuring timely project completion. Contribute to best practices for future project scheduling. **JOB SUMMARY** This position works in close cooperation with assigned Project Managers to develop, monitor, and update the integrated project plan and schedule in a way that describes the sequence of work and identifies the major task interdependence required to meet the project’s deliverables. They are responsible for identifying milestones and technical performance goals, monitoring and updating schedule progress toward achieving the completion date and informing the project manager of significant changes. At the completion of the project, the Project Scheduler assists in developing and recording the project’s historical schedule information and best practices for use on future projects. Compensation: 46,300euros to 60,040euros depending on experience. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** On a day\-to\-day basis your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scope Development * Ensure project WBS complies with SPX Flow standards * Assist in baselining project schedules * Ensure scope changes are incorporated into master schedule Logic (Critical Path Method) * Verify accuracy of critical paths across projects * Monitor closely critical paths on high\-risk projects within SPXFLOW Food \& Beverage Coding Structures * Ensure global coding structures are properly applied * Review and understand major constraints on high\-risk projects and schedule impacts Durations * Review and validate overall project activity durations * Review and validate construction activities in major areas of the plant * Schedule Updates * Ensure schedules are updated consistently * Establish consistent monthly and weekly reports Travel will be required approximately 25% of the time through Europe to both customer and internal offices. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** * Basic knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning scope of discipline work * Ability to analyse EPC schedules against project baseline(s) * Ability to identify and communicate all scheduling issues or risks to management * Basic knowledge of Engineering documents (e.g. Process Flow Diagrams, Piping \& Instrumentation Diagrams (P\&IDs), and General Arrangement drawings) * Knowledge of Procurement functions involving purchasing materials, engineered equipment, and lead times in * Knowledge of Construction and Commissioning terminology * Knowledge of Schedule Logic (Critical Path Method) * Ability to work closely with sales team to understand project requirements and extract key data to develop high level proposal project schedules capturing key deliverables from SPX, customer and 3rd party contractors * Ability to work closely to communicate \& drive scheduling deliverable requirements with other project execution functions * Analyse project plans and schedules to proactively identify potential risks * Participate in project meetings, offering expert insights on scheduling matters and collaborating with teams to solve challenges * Ability to communicate critical path issues effectively to management * Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment * Detail\-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality of work * Independent, pro\-active, accurate, with strong analytical skills * Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling in Microsoft Project or Primavera * Fluent in both written and verbal English, French language an advantage. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * Up to 5 years of experience in project industry, preferably Food \& Beverage * Bachelor's degree, or related technical field; or equivalent work experience * Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly MS Project **DISCLAIMER** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
