Join our team as a **Java Architect** and enjoy an innovative and collaborative work environment. **What will be your mission on the project?** * The goal is to provide **cross-functional technical support to the backend area**, acting as the architectural and development reference for various teams. New team members will play a key role in: * **Providing technical advice** to different teams within the area, offering architectural insights and best practices. * **Actively collaborating with existing teams**, integrating agilely to deliver targeted support during high-load periods (specific deliveries, quarterly peaks, etc.). * **Participating in the launch of new projects**, defining the technical architecture and critical decisions. * **Driving innovation initiatives**, proof-of-concepts, and technical validations prior to final production rollout.
