AI Automation Developer OXON Epidemiology is seeking to hire an AI Automation Developer to support the technical rollout of its Strategic AI Implementation Plan. The selected candidate will design, develop, and maintain internal automation and artificial intelligence solutions built on the Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI ecosystems. They will report to the AI Strategy Lead and translate real business needs into practical, secure, and traceable solutions. This role requires strong technical judgment, business orientation, and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders in a regulated environment focused on clinical research, epidemiology, and Real-World Evidence (RWE) generation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop AI-based assistants and automations for document drafting and review, document quality control, information organization, and report generation. Select the most appropriate technology for each use case—from Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to Power Platform and Azure OpenAI. Integrate language model APIs and create prompts and workflows for production environments. Work with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Graph to connect documents, data, and internal processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand their needs and convert them into easy-to-use technical solutions. Identify and prioritize automation opportunities together with the AI Strategy Lead. Document solutions and ensure their quality, security, and traceability. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** 3–6 years of experience developing automations or solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Copilot Studio. Experience integrating language model APIs and LLMs, as well as designing production-grade prompts. Practical knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including basic permission management, group administration, and tenant configuration. Ability to translate non-technical stakeholders’ needs into practical, easy-to-use tools. Strong documentation skills and a quality- and traceability-oriented mindset. **DESIRABLE:** Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID, and Azure storage. Knowledge of Python and/or PowerShell. Proficiency with advanced AI tools applied to development.
