




**Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution and quality of on-site work. * Ensure compliance with the budget and project schedule. * Perform monthly site closure for cost control. * Certifications, production, and forecasting of monthly certifications. * Manage procurement and invoice approvals. * Conduct site visits with the Technical Director and the Client. * Coordinate final settlement and price review upon project completion. * You will report to the Group Manager and Delegate. * Comply with the Health and Safety Plan and Quality and Environmental Plans. **Requirements** * **Education: Technical or Senior Architect, Civil Engineer (specializing in Roads, Ports, and Waterways).** * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Site Manager or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in residential building projects. * **Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presto, and AutoCAD. Experience using ERP systems for construction management (experience with Sigrid ERP is desirable) and knowledge of Microsoft Project.** Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract
