Position Summary: We are seeking an Environmental and Quality Technician for construction sites on railway projects, responsible for quality control, development of quality plans, and environmental management. For new projects in the Railway sector, we require an **ON-SITE ENVIRONMENTAL AND QUALITY TECHNICIAN** in Madrid, reporting to the Project Director. Main responsibilities include: **Responsibilities** * **Quality control (laboratory testing management, test plan, etc.)** * Development of quality plans, Inspection Point Programs, and Environmental Management Plans. * Implementation and monitoring of Quality and Environmental Plans and Waste Management Plans (RCDs), as well as legal compliance. * Internal audits to monitor implementation of Quality and Environmental Management. * Prior notifications. Documentation control for both systems: Inspection Point Programs (PPIs), Control Documents (DCS), Inspection Documents (DI), authorized managers, etc. * Conducting and supervising quality and environmental inspections and tests on site, verifying correct application of the Environmental Management Plan (PGA), and reviewing corrective actions proposed in Non-Conformance Reports generated on site. * Identification, assessment, and proposal of corrective measures for impacts associated with each identified environmental aspect and risk on site. * Participation in client audits conducted on projects under your scope. * Verification of compliance with the project testing plan. * Supervision of compliance with Quality Plans and quality requirements established for suppliers. * Project indicator management and monitoring of applicable processes. * Management of non-conformities and changes. **Requirements**: * Higher or intermediate degree with a Master’s in Quality and/or Environmental Management. * Minimum 2–3 years of on-site experience required. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing the described functions. * Experience in HSEQ. **Location** * Madrid **Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Indefinite-term contract * Opportunity to join a leading company in the sector * Salary commensurate with experience
