At a pivotal moment of national and international growth and expansion, we are seeking to hire an **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** who will act as a strategic business partner, supporting the Operations areas and contributing to the development and execution of the people strategy within a dynamic global environment. The selected candidate will play a key role as the liaison between the business and the Human Resources function, providing both strategic and operational insight to drive talent development, organizational efficiency, and alignment with corporate goals.
* **What will your responsibilities be?**
* Act as a strategic partner to Operations leaders (GDO), advising on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.
* Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to translate global HR strategies into practical, business-adapted solutions.
* Drive talent management and development by identifying needs, designing development plans, and supporting the implementation of global programs.
* Manage complex labor relations, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a work environment aligned with company values.
* Foster employee engagement by participating in surveys, analyzing results, and defining action plans.
* Advise on performance management processes, including objective setting, evaluation, and continuous feedback.
* Collaborate on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Support leaders through change management and organizational transformation initiatives, including restructurings and international expansion.
* Ensure, together with local teams, the correct execution of HR operations (payroll, hiring, data, occupational health and safety, legal compliance, etc.).
* Analyze HR data and metrics (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.

**Requirements:**

**What are we looking for?**
* University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, with knowledge of labor relations and legislation (especially Spanish law). Postgraduate studies (e.g., Master’s in HR, Labor Relations, Coaching, etc.) are desirable.
* 7\+ years’ experience as a generalist HR Business Partner in high-volume operations and service environments (BPO is essential; contact center or process outsourcing experience is highly valued). Proven international experience (multi-country) is mandatory, including collaboration with global stakeholders and matrix structures.
* Solid expertise in talent management, organizational development, and labor relations, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead high-impact initiatives.
* Experience in HR data and KPI analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English and Spanish.
* Willingness to travel.
