Job Summary: You will collaborate locally and globally on the configuration and validation of IT systems, providing support and updating procedures in a structured environment. Key Highlights: 1. Updating procedures and training in a structured environment What You’ll Achieve: * Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally to ensure projects are completed on time and within established deadlines. * Configure and validate IT systems such as LIMS, Empower, MODA, etc., and data analytics and visualization solutions on Tableau Server/Power BI/Statistica, ensuring regulatory compliance across Engineering, Manufacturing, Laboratory Equipment, and Information Technology. * Provide support and expertise in incident resolution for business unit activities and end users. * Update procedures and other departmental documents, as well as training materials, in alignment with global procedures and processes, supporting onboarding and training of new team members. * Work in a structured environment following established procedures, seeking guidance from colleagues and undergoing periodic reviews of work for technical soundness, integrity, and accuracy. What You’ll Need (Minimum Requirements): * Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Health Sciences * Programming skills (SQL, Python, VBA) and data analytics tools (Power BI) * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office * Critical thinking, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational skills * Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a structured environment following established procedures Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): * Experience implementing and configuring LabWare LIMS, Empower, and MODA * Foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and concepts * Experience resolving incidents and supporting business unit activities and end users #LI-PFE Purpose**Breakthroughs that change patients' lives**...
