The person in this role will design a comprehensive AI adoption framework, oriented toward integrating these capabilities into software development processes in a structured, efficient, and sustainable manner. Key Responsibilities Define the adoption strategy for Artificial Intelligence platforms applied to the software development lifecycle. Design the operating model enabling the scaling of AI usage in engineering environments. Establish the comprehensive framework for the industrialization of AI usage, ensuring its controlled and sustainable adoption. Define the governance model and associated control mechanisms for AI usage in software development. Design a financial optimization approach guaranteeing the model’s sustainability. Adapt agile methodologies to effectively integrate AI capabilities into the development lifecycle. Configure the end-to-end operating model for the adoption and management of AI platforms. Act as a key advisor to CIOs and CTOs, translating technological capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Ensure AI-driven innovation is integrated into the organization in a controlled, efficient, and sustainable manner. What We Are Looking For Experience in Artificial Intelligence adoption strategies applied to software development. Knowledge of operating models, governance, and control of technology platforms. Experience in engineering environments and agile methodologies. Ability to translate technological capabilities into business outcomes. Strategic mindset with strong execution capability, accustomed to interacting with CIOs, CTOs, and business units.
