ISTRAM Railway Alignment Technician

With over 10 years of experience and more than 300 executed BIM contracts across Spain and Latin America, we participate in highly complex projects related to railway infrastructure, civil works, energy, hospitals, and large-scale construction developments. We are currently seeking an **ISTRAM Railway Alignment Specialist** to join our Madrid-based team, contributing to technically impactful railway projects and engaging in the geometric development and modeling of highly complex linear infrastructure. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Development of railway alignments from scratch in **ISTRAM.** * Modification of existing centerlines, vertical alignments, and standard cross-sections. * Geometric modeling of railway platforms and linear works. * Configuration and editing of standard cross-sections and associated elements. * Generation and review of cartography and terrain surfaces. * Management and parametrization of technical information within **ISTRAM** models. * Export of models and documentation in native formats, DWG, and IFC. * Technical coordination with BIM, surveying, and engineering teams. * Geometric review and validation of railway solutions. ##### **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering Drafting, ITOP, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * **3 to 5 years of experience working with ISTRAM.** * Experience in railway and linear infrastructure projects. * Advanced proficiency with ISTRAM modules for Cartography, Roads, and Railways. * Ability to develop complete alignments from scratch. * Experience modifying centerlines, vertical alignments, superelevations, and standard cross-sections. * Knowledge of railway regulations and alignment geometry. * Experience exporting models in ISTRAM, DWG, and IFC formats. ##### **What We Value** * Experience in ADIF, high-speed rail, or major linear infrastructure projects. * Ability to coordinate with BIM and engineering teams. * Analytical, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile. * Capacity to work in highly demanding technical environments. * Proactivity and technical autonomy. ##### **What We Offer** * Permanent employment contract. * Involvement in technically impactful railway projects. * Participation in innovative and highly specialized environments. * Professional development through digital infrastructure and construction projects. * Stability and growth within a specialized technical team. * Full-time schedule aligned with Spain’s working hours **(09:00 to 18:00).** **If you have railway alignment experience, advanced ISTRAM expertise, and seek stability, professional growth, and involvement in industry-leading projects, we want to meet you.**
