We are currently seeking a **Technical Office Technician for Construction Projects** to join an on-site construction project in Madrid, providing technical and documentation support during the construction execution phase. You will be responsible for supporting on-site technical coordination through document management, review of drawings and BIM models, tracking of issues, and production support—ensuring accurate updating and traceability of the project’s technical information. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Review project drawings, technical documentation, and BIM models. * Coordinate technical information between on-site production and the BIM team. * Manage technical documentation and version control. * Identify and track technical issues and interferences. * Prepare and manage RFIs and technical queries. * Coordinate across technical disciplines: architecture, structural engineering, and MEP. * Update As-Built documentation and project modifications. * Support quantity take-offs, certifications, and production tracking. * Coordinate information with the design team, engineering firms, and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with BIM standards and on-site technical procedures. ##### **Requirements** * Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Surveying, or related fields. * **3 to 5 years** of experience in a technical office or on-site technical support roles. * Practical knowledge of BIM methodology applied to construction. * Experience working with BIM models and collaborative platforms. * Ability to interpret construction drawings and details. * Experience in documentary coordination and technical tracking of construction projects. * Knowledge of **As-Built** processes and change management. ##### **What We Value** * Experience working under BIM standards or ISO 19650\. * Experience in technical coordination and monitoring of civil works. * Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Presto, and ACC/BIM 360\. * Experience applying BIM methodology to construction. * Strong organizational skills, issue resolution capability, and teamwork orientation. * Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. ##### **What We Offer** * Involvement in a high-impact technical project. * Permanent contract. * Dynamic and highly specialized work environment. * Participation in projects developed using BIM methodology. * Opportunities for professional learning and growth. * On-site work in Madrid. * Full-time office hours in Spain **(09:00–18:00).**
