In Spain, it operates with a highly qualified multidisciplinary team and a commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration. **POSITION DESCRIPTION** SOCOTEC Spain seeks a Technical Office Manager to join a major railway project linked to ADIF (Parla Norte Station). The selected candidate will assume technical and documentation coordination of the works, ensuring control, quality, and proper execution of the project within a high-demand environment. This position targets professionals with proven experience in railway construction seeking stability and continuity in high-technical-level projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage work measurements and certifications * Review, validate, and control drawings * Support drafting of modified designs * Prepare monthly, final, settlement, and *as-built* reports and documentation * Manage and track material certificates and test reports * Control quality and occupational health and safety documentation * Coordinate technically with site management, clients, and other project stakeholders **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) * Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil works * Specific experience: At least 3 years in railway projects (ADIF or similar environment) * Experience in large-scale projects (buildings + track) * Technical knowledge: Presto, AutoCAD * BIM knowledge (desirable) * Valid driver’s license * Languages: Spanish **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in highly complex railway projects * Familiarity with ADIF regulations and procedures * Experience in technical coordination on site * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders * Experience in multidisciplinary environments **CONDITIONS** * Location: Parla (Madrid) * Project: Parla Norte Station (ADIF) * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time * Benefits: + Company vehicle + Participation in a strategic railway project + Stability and continuity in projects within an international company + Professional development in highly demanding technical environments
